• Weekend: from Friday 5 pm until Sunday 3 pm
• Long weekend: from Friday 5 pm until Monday 10am
• Midweek: from Monday 5 pm until Friday 10 am
• Week: from Friday 5 pm until Friday 10 am

• High season: all school holidays and extended weekends
• Low season: any other periods
• During crocus and Easter holidays, July & August, the autumn holidays, it is only possible to book per week, with arrival on Friday. (at Christmas and New Year: prices on request)

Included in the price are:

• normal consumption of water, electricity and heating
• wireless Internet
• final cleaning (we ask to leave the house in a state ready to be cleaned)
• bed linen
• If required, bath towels can be provided for 10 euros/person.

Conditions:

• After your reservation request, you will receive the rental contract. We ask you to make an advance payment of 30% and a guarantee of 300 euros immediately. The reservation is only final when we have received the payment
• The balance must be paid one month before the date of arrival

• After your stay, the deposit will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days after departure and inspection of the state of the house with accompanying inventory. If damage is established, the amount is deducted from the deposit. In case of major damage, a specification will be drawn up for your insurer
• Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
• The house is for non-smokers.

In case of cancellation:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the rental date, half of the advance payment will be refunded.
• If the cancellation takes place within 30 days before the rental date, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the rental date, neither the advance payment of 30% nor the rest of the balance will be refunded. The guarantee of 300 euros will be refunded at all times.
